摘　　要：目的:了解成都市疾控工作人员心理健康状况并探索其影响因素。方法:采用抽样调查,应用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)和一般情况调查表,对成都市市疾控中心和区级疾控中心的工作人员进行自评问卷调查。结果:13%的工作人员存在心理健康问题,区级疾控中心工作人员的心理健康水平显著低于市级疾控中心工作人员(χ2=5·2,P<0·05),检验科室工作人员的心理健康水平显著低于防病科室和职能科室(χ2=7·5,P<0·05)。结论:成都市疾控工作人员的心理健康状况不容乐观,各疾控中心应采取各种针对性的预防干预措施,提高工作人员的心理健康水平。Objective： To study and analyze the mental health of CDC staff in Chengdu city. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling and questionnaire survey were used. Five hundred and thirty staff in CDC was investigated by SCL- 90. Results： 13% of staff have mental health problem. The mental health level of staff in district CDC was significantly lower than that of staff in municipal CDC （χ^2 = 5.2, P 〈 0.05）. The mental health level of laboratory staff was significantly lower than that of other departments （χ^2 = 7. 5, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The mental health of CDC staff in Chengdu city was not optimistic, thus it is important to carry out active measures of prevention and intervention among CDC staff.
