摘 要:目的:了解试验方法对不同含氯消毒剂消毒性能评价的影响。方法:按照1999年版规定的载体浸泡定量杀菌试验和2002年版规定的悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对三种含氯消毒剂杀菌效果进行了比较。用1999年版载体法测定3种含氯消毒剂达到消毒合格所需的剂量均较低,有效氯50mg/L^200mg/L作用2·5min^10min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率≥99·90%;有效氯1000mg/L^2000mg/L作用15min^20min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率≥99·90%。结果:按照2002年版规范,悬液法达到消毒合格的剂量均有不同程度的提高,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值≥5·00的消毒合格剂量分别是:洁尔速溶消毒片有效氯200mg/L作用10min,健来牌含氯消毒剂有效氯600mg/L^700mg/L作用5min^10min,众智牌84消毒液有效氯500mg/L作用10min^15min。对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值≥5·00的消毒合格剂量分别是:洁尔速溶消毒片有效氯2000mg/L作用40min,健来牌含氯消毒液有效氯6000mg/L作用60min,众智牌84消毒液有效氯5000mg/L作用30min。结论:用不同方法得到的3种消毒剂有效浓度有差异,杀菌效果有差异,用2002年版悬液定量杀菌试验方法得到的消毒效果较差。In order to investigate the difference of the germicidal efficacy of different Chlorine- containing disinfectants attained according to the test methods, the germicidal efficacy of three chlorine- containing disinfectants by the carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test specified in the 1999 edition was compared with the suspension quantitative germicidal test specified in the 2002 edition. Results: The dosage required to attain eligible disinfection measured by the carrier method in 1999 edition of the Guidelines was lower than that by the suspension quantitative germicidal test specified in the 2002 edition. By the carrier method, the solution containing 50 mg/L-200 mg/L available chlorine with 2.5 mins-10 mins contact time killed over 99.90% of Staphylococcus autens and Escherichia coli, the solution containing 1 000 mg/L-2 000 mg/L available chlorine with 15 mins-20 mins contact time killed over 99.90% of spores of Bacillus subtilis Var. niger. Result: According to the 2002 edition of the Guidelines, the dosage required to attain eligible disinfection measured by the suspension method were increased to different degree, the dosage of the killing logvalue ≥5.00 to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were: available chlorine 200 mg/L with 10 mins contact time for Jieer effervescent disinfectant tablet, available chlorine 600 mg/L-700 mg/L with 5 mins- 10 mins for Jianlai chlorine- containing disinfection solution, 500 mg/L with 10 mins- 15 mins for Zhong - zhi 84 disinfection solution respectively. The dosage of the killing logvalue≥5.00 to spores of Bacillus Subtilis var. niger were. available Chlorine 2 000 mg/L with 40 rains for Jieer effer- vescent disinfectant tablet, available chlorine 6 000 mg/L with 60 mins for Jian- lai chlorine- conatining disinfection solution, available chlorine 5 000 mg/L with 30 mins for zhong- zhi 84 disinfection solution.
