摘  要:目的:通过256株非发酵革兰阴性杆菌对15种β内酰胺类抗生素的敏感性比较,评价头孢哌酮-舒巴坦对非发酵革兰阴性杆菌的抗菌活性,为临床选择抗菌药物提供依据。方法:用VITEK32型全自动细菌分析系统对我院2003年7月至2005年6月临床分离的256株非发酵革兰阴性杆菌进行鉴定药敏试验采用K—B纸片扩散法,判断标准按NC—CLS2002年版进行。结果:非发酵革兰阴性杆菌中分离率占前三位的为铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,分别占非发酵革兰阴性杆菌的40.2%、34.0%和16.0%。非发酵革兰阴性杆菌对头孢呱酮-舒巴坦的敏感度为84.5%~91.8%,明显高于其他β内酰胺类抗生素。结论:临床分离中非发酵革兰阴性杆菌日益增多,头孢呱酮-舒巴坦与其他β内酰胺类抗生素相比,对非发酵革兰阴性杆菌具有良好的抗菌作用,可做为非发酵菌感染的首选药物。Objective: To compare the sensitivity of 256 strains non - fermentative gram - negative bacilli to 15 kinds of β - Lactam antibiotics, evaluate the antibiosis activity of cefoperazone Sulbactam to non - fermentative gram - negative bacilli, aimed at choosing antibitics for clinics. Methods: 256 strains of non- fermentative gram - ndgative bacilli seperated in clinics were analyzed by 32 type VITEK in our hospitals from July 2003 to June 2005, drug paper diffusion method (K - B) was used in susceptibility testing, decision criteria according to NCCLS in 2002. Results: The bacilli with top three separation rate are Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acimetobacter and baumani stenotropho - monas maltophilia in nonfermentative gram - negative bacilli, accounted for 40.2%, 34.0%and 16.0%. Sensitivity rate of Non fermentative gram- negative bacilli to Cefoperazone- Sulbactam is 84.5% - 91.8%, higher than other β- lactam antibiotice. Conelsions: Cefoperazone - Sulbactam could be the first anti - infection drug to non - fermentative gram - nigative bacilli because it has better antibacterial function than β - lactam antibiotics.
