登革热传入性风险评估指标体系的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究建立登革热传入性风险评估指标体系,评估境外流行区登革病毒传入我国并扩散的风险,为口岸登革热预防与控制提供科学依据。方法:成立登革热风险评估专题研究小组,收集、分析有关登革热和风险评估资料,确定风险评估指标及指标评判内容。结果:初步建立登革热传入性风险评估指标体系,主要划分为传入风险和传入后扩散风险共6个一级指标,17个评判指标,并研究确定了各指标的评判内容。结论:登革热传入性风险指标体系考虑了传入性风险的各个方面,具有普遍的地区适用性,可推广使用。Objective： To investigate and establish a risk assessment indicators system of imported risk of dengue fever, to assess the risk of dengue virus in aboard dengue epidemic area import into our country, offering scientific evidences for domestic sanitation of epidemic prevention department to prevent and control of dengue fever.Methods： Risk assessment subject discussion group was constituted to consuh all sorts of literatures of dengue and risk assessment and synthesis analyze the literatures. Then the expert＇ s opinions were consulted to confirm the enter - indicators and the judge content of indicators. Results： A preliminary risk assessment indicators system of imported risk of dengue fever was established.The system mainly divide into imported risk and diffusion risk, six first level indicators and seventeen iudge indicators altogether.And the indicators preliminary judge content has been determined. Conclusion： The risk assessment indicators system of imported risk of dengue fever has considered all the risk factors and has general application characteristic, it can be use in any regions in our domestic.
