摘 要:目的:探讨灵芝煎剂对急性鹅膏毒蕈中毒兔肝细胞的保护作用。方法:将健康新西兰白兔20只随机分为空白对照组、中毒模型组、灵芝煎剂治疗Ⅰ组(治疗Ⅰ组)和灵芝煎剂治疗Ⅱ组(治疗Ⅱ组),每组5只。除空白对照组外,余3组均制成急性鹅膏毒蕈中毒模型。治疗Ⅰ组每日给予质量分数为100%的灵芝煎剂20 m l灌胃,治疗Ⅱ组每日给予300%的灵芝煎剂20 m l灌胃。观察实验动物一般表现积分、肝脏生化指标〔总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TB IL)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)等〕和120 h后的肝组织病理改变。结果:中毒模型组兔的一般表现积分、肝脏生化指标及病理改变提示肝细胞有明显损害;灵芝煎剂治疗Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组兔的肝脏生化指标及病理改变不明显,其中治疗Ⅱ组比治疗Ⅰ组兔的肝功能损害更轻。结论:灵芝煎剂对急性鹅膏毒蕈中毒的肝细胞有明显的保护作用。Objective: To observe the protective effect of Lingzhi decoction (灵芝煎剂) on liver cells of the rabbits acutely poisoned by amanita fuliginea. Methods: Twenty healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly assigned into four groups (n= 5): blank matched control group, poisoned model group, Lingzhi treatment groupⅠ receiving 100% Lingzhi decoction (20 ml) and Lingzhi treatment groupⅡ receiving 300% Lingzhi decoction (20 ml). The biochemical indexes [including total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), total bilirubin (TBIL) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), etc.] of liver function in every 48 hours were checked by drawing blood, then rabbits were sentenced to death after 120 hours and took a part of the liver to make a pathological check. Results: The general manifestation scores, liver biochemical indexes and the pathological changes of poisoned models showed the significant damage of the liver cells. The iniury of liver in Lingzhi treatment groupⅠ andⅡ was not obvious, and the pathological changes in groupⅡ were less than those in groupⅡ. Conclusion: It is obvious that Lingzhi decoction can protect liver cells of the rabbits acutely poisoned by amanita fuliginea.
