林用真菌杀虫剂生产工艺及应用技术研究

摘　　要：本文论述了白僵菌菌种变异的机制和影响因素，提出了控制菌种退化的途径和措施；简述了规范化的白僵菌生产工艺和白僵菌生产企业标准；９５１油剂的研制和产品的企业标准。同时，报道了白僵菌在马尾蚣毛虫防治中的林间应用配套技术。并介绍了绿僵菌和拟青霉研究应用概况，分析了这一研究领域中尚存在的问题及今后的展望。In the present study,mechanism and affecting factors of strain variation of Beauveria bassiana were determined and manipulating approaches and methods were estab-lished.A standard massproduction procedure and an enterprise standard were proposed.Meanwhile,a set of application techniques for controlling the Masson's pine caterpillar werereported.In addition,study advances of Metarhizium anisopliae and Paecilomyces farinosuswere summarised.The problems and future prospects in the field were analysed.
