摘　　要：大鼠经口和大白兔经皮急性毒性试验、大鼠皮肤和大白兔眼刺激试验以及Ａｍｅｓ试验证明：拟原白头翁素９１０５１２－５低毒（ＬＤ（５０）：经口为４６７３．９ｍｇ／ｋｇ。经皮＞２０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ）、对皮肤无刺激性、对眼粘膜有中度刺激作用、系非致突变剂，空内毒，力测定表明。异色瓢虫成虫每头忍受剂量＞９１５０μｇ／ｍｌ，大田常规喷雾有效成分２０ｇ／６６６．７ｍ２剂量下，不影响瓢虫等天敌昆虫种群密度的动态变化。同时根据对鱼低毒的报道，可以初步认为拟原白头翁素９１０５１２－５使用是安全的。The acute toxicity experiment on the oral administration and the skin con-tact for rats and rabbits,the stimulation experiment on ra dema and rabbits eyes,and the experiment on Ames show that.protoanemonoid 910512-5 is a compound.With low toxici-ty [LD(50)(mg/kg)for stomach was 45673.9,for contact over2000]and no stimulation to deimal,intermidiate stimmlation to eyes with no mutagemicity.Laboratory experiment on e-valuation of contact toxicity of Leis axyridis (pallas)show that the dosage of endurance was over 9150μ/ml for each,usual spraying dosage was 50g(ai/666.7m2)in field No affectionwas observed on insect population density of lady bettle,and low toxicity fish.The compound is safe in application.
