摘 要:目的提高硒碘盐质量,巩固防治成果。方法硒碘盐生产企业,生产一批检测一批;批发企业每季度采样测定一次;居民用户半年测定一次。用2.3-二氨基萘分光光度法测定硒含量。结果各盐厂硒碘盐合格率平均为95.35%,全省抽查居民用户硒碘盐合格率为83.08%。结论硒碘盐加工中硒加入不够和非硒碘盐流入病区是居民用户层次合格率较低的主要原因,应加大监督执法力度,杜绝一切私盐、非硒碘盐进入市场。加强健康教育,引导群众自觉购买硒碘盐。Objective To improve the quality of selenium - iodine salt products and to consolidate preventive achievements. Methods Salt samples were collected once for every batch, for each quarter, or for half a year at manufacturer, wholesaler, or end - user levels, respectively. Selenium content in salt samples was determined by speetrophotometry. Results The qualified salt samples reached 95.35% and 83.08% for manufacturer and end - user levels respectively in the whole province. Conclusions Insufficient selenium adding and non - selenium - iodine salt inflow were the two main reasons for the low qualified salt rate of end - user level. Execution of salt law should be strengthened to eradicate private or non - selenium - iodine salt in the market. And health education should also be strengthened to lead people to purchase qualified selenium - iodine salt willingly.
