摘　　要：对新研制航空高压直流系统用270VDC高压电转换为28.5VDC低压电高频软开关直直变换器采用的主电路拓扑构成、工作原理、控制方法进行介绍、分析,并给出数据结果,同时结合工程设计的实现来表明该项目的高效率、高功率密度以及质量轻、体积小等方面的特点。A new circuit topology, working principle and control method of 3 kW DC/DC inverter with high- frequency soft-switch are presented and analyzed, The experiment data of inverter are also given, It will be used in high voltage direct current system of aviation which can tranfered 270 VDC into 28.5 VDC directly. The result combining engineering design show the system have excellent properties such as high effficiency,high power density,light quality and small voluem.
