天葵对玉米象杀虫生物活性物质的探索

摘　　要：生物活性筛选表明,处理后14 d1%的天葵精油对玉米象的校正死亡率为84.35%,处理后244、8 h和72 h天葵精油对玉米象的驱避率分别为88.89%、80.00%和82.35%。采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析了天葵精油化学成分,结果共检出了14种物质,鉴定了其中的12种成分。It was shown that the calibrated death rate of Sitophilus zearnais M. was 84. 35% after 14 days when tested with 1% （w/w） ethereal oil of Semiaquilegia adoxoides （DC） and the anthelmintic action rates were 88.89 %, 80. 00%, 82.35%, respectively, when S. zearnais M. was tested with 0. 1%（w/w）ethereal oil of S. adoxoides （DC） 24, 48 and 72 hours after treatment. The chemical components of the ethereal oil of S. adoxoides（DC） were analyzed. The peak graphs of thirty-one kinds of chemical components were obtained and the chemical structures of the twelve kinds of components were identified.
