摘 要:变频器因其优良的性能和功能在水泥企业应用很广,但使用中易受其它电气设备干扰。同时,因变频器的非线性负载特性,运行中会产生大量谐波而干扰其他设备。因此确保变频器具有良好的电磁兼容性非常重要,其关键是控制好谐波量。文章分析了各类变频器的谐波干扰差异;详细探讨了抑制和治理变频器谐波的有效措施——低谐波技术和滤波措施。同时,简要介绍了水泥厂变频器系统的抗干扰技术措施。Frequency convertor is applied widely in cement enterprise as its excellent performance and function, but it is easy to be disturbed by other electric equipments during use process, and as its characteristic of nonlinear load, the frequency convertor can produce a great deal of resonance wave to disturb other equipment. So gurantee good electromagnetism compatibility to frequency convertor is very important, and the key problem is to control quantity of the resonance wave. The paper analysed the ditEerence of resonance wave disturbance of different frequency convertors, and discuss the control and effective measure low resonance wave technology and filter measure. At the same time, introduced the technology measures to resist disturbance for cement plant frequency conversion system.
