摘 要:大功率风机、水泵等大型电动机的节能调速是当前新型干法水泥企业所重视的问题之一,采用IGBT元件制作的内反馈斩波调速装置在这一领域有着突出的性能优势。在阐述内反馈斩波调速工作原理的基础上,具体介绍了IGBT元件的优点,及不同方案内反馈调速装置性能比较。在斩波器和逆变器中,应用IGBT元件可克服SCR元件的直通故障和其固有的颠覆故障,提高斩波器的工作频率并大幅度减小了逆变器的逆变角。因此,内反馈斩波调速装置是风机水泵调速节能的首选设备。Saving-energy speed regulation of large motor for great power fan and water pump is one of the problems emphasized by present NSP cement enterprises, and the internal feedback ehooper speed regulator manufactured by IGBT organ has prominent performance advantage in this area. Introduced the work mechanism of internal feedback chopper speed regu'ator, strongpoints of the IGBT organ and compare the performace of different internal feedback chopper speed regulators. Applying IGBT organ in chopper and spacer can overcome through malfunction and inherent subversion malfunction of the SCR organ, and can improve the work efficiency of chopper and decrease converse angle of spacer. Finally, the internal feedback chopper speed regulator is the preferred equipment of fan and water pump speed regulator.
