腕踝针配合推拿治疗肩周炎54例

摘　　要：为探讨腕踝针配合推拿治疗肩周炎的疗效,将100例肩周炎患者随机分成治疗组54例与药物对照组46例,结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为65.22%,2组比较有非常显著差异,P<0.01。治疗组肩关节活动范围改善明显优于对照组。说明腕踝针配合推拿治疗肩周炎疗效好。To study the curative effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combinated massage for scapulohumeral periarthritis, 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （54 cases） and control group （46 cases）. The results showed that the total effective rate of two groups was 100%, 65.22% respectively, there was obvious difference between them （P〈0.01）, the improvement of home range of shoulder joint of treatment group was better than that of control group. It indicates that wrist-ankle acupuncture combinated massage has better curative effects for scapulohumeral periarthritis.
