摘　　要：目的比较IgA类和IgM类血型定型试剂临床使用的异同。方法分别检测、比较IgA类和IgM类血型定型试剂的主要指标,并用于大批量血液样本的血型定型,将定型结果互相比较,并用正反定型法验证。结果各项指标均符合血型定型试剂要求,血型定型结果的准确率和各主要亚型的检出率没有差异,IgM类试剂的亲和力较强,凝集效果相对较好。结论IgA类试剂和IgM类试剂一样,均可用作血型定型试剂,但IgM类能更快速、方便地判读结果。Objective To study the differences between the IgA and the IgM blood grouping reagents through clinically applying. Methods A greate mass of various blood samples＇ ABO blood groups were typed with IgA and the IgM blood grouping reagents respectively,and the results were identified and compared. Results The accurate rates of ABO blood groups and subgroups typed by the two blood group reagents were undifferentiated,while the agglutination of the IgM reagents were stronger than these of the IgA reagents. Conclusion The IgA and the IgM blood grouping reagents can equally be used to type ABO bood groups,but it is quicker and easier to judge the results with the IgM reagents than with the IgA reagents.
