摘　　要：目的能力比对检验(P roficiency testing,PT)是室间质量评价的重要方案,通过参加美国病理家学会(College ofAm erican Patholog ist,CAP)能力比对检验活动,监控实验室分析性能,确保检测结果的准确性、可重复性和可比性,促进实验室质量改进。方法该实验室免疫组于2005年开始参加CAP组织的肿瘤标记物和激素类检测项目的能力验证活动,已连续参加了三批测试。实验室收到标本后,在10 d内检测完毕,将检测结果回报给CAP。CAP在同方法组内对检测结果进行评估,并提供所有参与实验室的结果统计报告。结果17项测定指标174个检测结果全部符合CAP标准,合格率达100%。结论通过参加CAP能力比对检验,实现了对实验结果准确性的持续性监测,达到了提高实验室工作人员素质、加强全面质量控制的目的。Objective Participating college of American Pathologist （CAP） proficiency testing （PT） to evaluate and improve laboratory performance. Methods Participated CAP proficiency testing on tumor markers and hormones in 2005. Each survey carries out three times a year. Laboratory should send the results back to CAP within 10 days after receiving the specimen,CAP evaluates the results using comparable peer groups and provides a report summarizing the results of all participating laboratories. Results Total of 174 testing on 17 analytes of tumor markers and hormones with the total score of 100%. Conclusion sults continuously ,and Participating CAP proficiency testing is a good way to monitor the accuracy and liability of test reimprove staff work capability and quality control management.
