摘　　要：主要介绍一种基于PLC的某起动机试车台测控系统。首先介绍测控系统设计的基本原则与要求,然后阐述测控系统的工作原理和结构,重点介绍系统软件的组成和功能,主要采用德国西门子公司的PLC和美国NI公司的LabWin-dows/CVI作为软件开发平台,最后给出试验结果。试验结果表明该系统完全符合规定的总体要求。A test - driving - bed measuring and controlling system of one type of starter based on PLC is introduced in this paper. The fundamental principle and demand of the measuring and controlling system design are generally introduced first. Then the work principle and frame of the measuring and controlling system are given, the components and their functions of the system software which adopts the SIMENS Corp＇s PLC of the Germany and the National Instruments Corp. ＇s LabWindows/CVI of the United States as its software exploitation platform are introduced mainly. At last the test result is given. The test results show that this system is completely up to the overall demand.
