摘  要:目的观察甘草总黄酮体内抗肿瘤作用,为甘草总黄酮治疗肿瘤指导临床应用提供实验依据。方法建立S180小鼠肉瘤和H22肝癌腹水瘤模型,观察甘草总黄酮对S180小鼠肉瘤抑瘤率和对其胸腺和脾脏重量的影响;观察甘草总黄酮对H22肝癌腹水瘤生命延长率的影响。结果甘草总黄酮能抑制小鼠体内肿瘤的发生和发展,能显著提高H22腹水瘤小鼠的生命延长率,并且能增加肉瘤小鼠的胸腺指数,降低S180小鼠肉瘤的脾指数。结论甘草总黄酮能抑制体内肿瘤生长,其抑瘤机制可能是通过提高小鼠的免疫系统实现的。Objective To explore in vivo anti-tumor effects of the total Eavonoi&s from radix glycyrrhizae;and to provide the scientific evidence for developing and manufacturing new antitumor drugs. Methods The graft mouse tumor model S180 was used to investigate the active effects of the total flavonoidls from radix glycyrrhizae on tumor growth and the weights of immune organs. The graft tumor model H22 was used to investigate the total flavonoids from radix glycyrrhizae effect on tumor growth and the lifetime of tumor mice. Results The total flavonoids from radix glycyrthizae had obvious effects of tumor inhibition. It was noted that tumor formation postponed in mice treated with the total flavonoids from radix glycyrrhizae compared with the control panel and tumor growth became slower;The total flavonoids from radix glycyrrhizae could also increase index of thymus in mice with graft tumor, and it decreased index of spleen. Conclusion The results suggest that the total flavonoids from radix glycyrrhizae can inhibit tumor growth and prolong the lifetime of the tumor-bearing mice in a dose-dependent pattern.The mechanism may be improving the function of immune system, inhibiting the growth of tumor cells and accelerate tumor cell necrosis.
