摘 要:报道了聚氯乙烯(PVC)基材的复合型电磁屏蔽涂层的研究。探讨了不同种类的导电碳黑、镍粉和石墨等填料对9~10^6 kHz频率范围内电磁波屏蔽性能的影响;考察了紫外光和温度对电磁屏蔽涂层体积电阻率的影响。结果表明,紫外光照射和温度变化对复合涂层体积电阻率影响甚微;复合电磁屏蔽涂层在9~10^2 kHz范围内,屏蔽效果高达70dB;在10^2~10^6 kHz范围内,屏蔽效果逐渐下降到18dB左右。Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based electromagnetism shield coating was prepared. The influence of different kinds of functional filler, such as electric carbon black, nickel powder and graphite powder, on the electromagnetism shield properties of composite coatings was researched in 9~10^6 kHz frequency electromagnetic wave region. The influence of ultraviolet radiation time and temperature on volume resistivity of composites coatings was also studied. The results show that the ultraviolet radiation time and temperature variation influences volume resistivity of composite coatings slightly. The shield effect of electromagnetism of composites coatings can increase to 70 dB in the region of 9~10^2 kHz while it decreases gradually to 18 dB or so in the region of 10^2~10^6 kHz.
