摘 要:目的:探讨理想的空气消毒方法及不同消毒方法对空气的消毒效果。方法:以微生物检验科无菌室中自然菌作为观察对象,用平板自然沉降法于消毒前及消毒后不同时段采样检测菌数并作细菌鉴定,用来比较紫外线、过氧乙酸和空气消毒洁净器对细菌室空气自然菌的杀菌效果。结果:三种消毒方法均能使空气细菌明显下降;过氧乙酸和空气洁净器消毒效果显著;空气洁净器能在日常检验工作中持续消毒杀菌;革兰阳性球菌和革兰阴性菌对三种消毒方法均敏感。结论:空气洁净器是较好的空气消毒方法。Objective: To explore the satisfactory method on air disinfection, and to observe the effect of different methods. Methods: Air bacteria with plates were eoUeeted before and after air disinfection, then identifyed. The germicidal effect of ultraviolet rays, peracetic acid and air purifier in one desinfeetion chamber were compared. Results:The bactericidal effect of every method was obvious. The effects of peraeetie acid and air purifier were better than ultraviolet rays. Air purifier could be used when people worked in room, and it was safe and more effective. Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacteria were sensitive for all methods. Conclusions: Air purifier are the better methods for air disinfection.
