摘  要:研究生姜提取物对呕吐模型水貂的止呕作用。制备姜的水蒸汽蒸馏物、醇提物及压榨物(姜汁)。Ig(灌胃)姜提取物l0ml.kg-1,半小时后观察其在ip(腹腔注射)顺铂(7.5mg.kg-1),sc(皮下注射)阿朴吗啡1.6mg.kg-1,ig硫酸铜(40mg.kg-1)所致水貂呕吐模型的止呕作用;观察姜提取物对水貂运动呕吐模型(100r.min-1,1h)的影响。生姜汁及醇提物对顺铂、硫酸铜及运动病引起的呕吐有止呕作用。各提取物对阿朴吗啡引起的呕吐无效。生姜对水貂呕吐模型具有止呕作用,该发现提示生姜可以作为廉价有效的癌症化疗及运动病止呕药,其机制可能与5-HT3受体及P物质有关。A study was carried out on anti--emetic effects of ginger on a nausea model of mink. The anti- emetic effects of vapor distillation, ethanol extraction and juice of ginger were investigated on a emetic model of mink induced by cisplatin ( 7.5mg · kg^-1 ip ), apomorphine ( 1.6mg · kg^-1 sc ), and copper sulfate (40 mg · kg^-1 ig ). Ginger juice and ethanol extraction significantly inhibit the emesis induced by cisplatin, copper sulfate and motion sickness. None of the ginger extracts were effective against apomorphine --induced emesis. It suggests that ginger could be an effective and cheap anti--emetic adjunct for cancer chemotherapy and motion sickness. The mechanism of anti--emetic effects might be related with 5--HT3 receptors and substance P.
