检查天麻胶囊中添加吲哚美辛的方法研究

摘　　要：建立薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法对添加吲哚美辛的天麻胶囊进行分离分析,并用高效液相色谱—二极管阵列检测进行定性鉴定。测定了7个厂家的11批产品,发现其中2批添加了吲哚美辛。本方法可作为监督检查天麻胶囊中添加化学药的参考方法。The TLC and HPLC identification methods of indometacin mixed illegally in Tianma capsules were established. Eleven batches of Tianma capsules produced by several manufactures were tested. Among them, two batches were found containing indometacin. The methods could be used as the test method for Tianma capsules.
