摘　　要：建立注射用多索茶碱有关物质和含量的HPLC测定方法。采用依利特HYPERSIL C18色谱柱。流动相:乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液pH=5.8(18∶82),流速1.0ml.min-1,检测波长为273nm。多索茶碱在0.50μg^3.50μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。平均回收率为100.7%(RSD为1.1%)。本法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠、重现性好。A determination method of doxofylline for injection and its related substances was established. A Hypersil Cls column was used, and the mobile phase was acetonitril and phosphate buffer （pH5.8） （18 ： 82）. The detective wavelength was 273nm. The calibration range was 0. 50-3.50μg （r= 0. 9999）, the average recovery was 100. 7% （RSD=1. 1%）. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
