摘　　要：介绍移动流媒体技术的基本特征,阐述3GPP PSS规范的相关协议。为了解决移动流媒体播放时发生的问题,首先应该得到它的量化描述。提出一种移动流媒体测试方法,包括测试系统的系统架构、逻辑结构和测试内容。This article briefly introduces the character of mobile streaming media related technology, expatiates the 3GPP PSS standards track protocols. To solve the problems of playing mobile streaming, the detailed description of it should be provided firstly. Thus, a testing method for streaming media over 3G is proposed, including framework and logic structure of system, and the contents of testing.
