摘 要:密封电磁继电器耐受恶劣工作环境能力突出,在航天工程等可靠性要求高的领域广泛应用。其内部稳态温度场分析是产品可靠性设计中的关键环节之一。文章说明了应用有限元法进行分析计算的可行性,并应用热路法建立了其内部复杂的热传递路径,最后探讨了包括模型建立、热载荷计算、边界条件施加等采用有限元分析的关键技术,为下一步形成密封电磁继电器的热分析方法奠定了基础。Hermetically sealed structure is the optimal style to protect electromagnetic relay (EMR) from formidable working environment. So it has been widely used in the field of space engineering with high reliability demand. Inner steady temperature field analysis is the key part of product reliability design. The feasibility of analysis by using finite element method was illustrated in this paper, and the complex inner heat transfer path was built by applying thermal circuit graph. In the end the key techniques of using finite element method, including modeling, thermal load calculating and boundary condition determining, were discussed in detail. So it was valuable to establish thermal analytical method for hermetically sealed EMR.
