复方芪麝片中黄芪等药味纯化工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:确定复方芪麝片中黄芪等药味的最佳纯化工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量、小鼠耳廓肿胀率、小鼠热板疼痛抑制率为指标,通过药化学和药效学的综合评价,优选最佳纯化工艺。结果:最佳纯化方法为水提醇沉法,加入乙醇使含醇量达70%。结论:最佳纯化工艺合理、可行。Objective:To establish the optimum method of purifying astragalus in compound Qishe Tablets.Methods:The best technology of purification was datermined by the physicochemical and pharmaceutical evaluation of astragaloside concentrations and swelling ratio of mouse ears pain inhibition.Results:The best purifying method was extracting with water,then adding alcohol to 70%.Conclusion:The best purified technology is reasonable and workable.
