摘　　要：通过不断的改进,如改进循环槽,改进炉门,改进氢气管,改进气液分离器,遵义碱厂为离子膜法烧碱生产装置配套的1万t/a高纯盐酸装置开车一次成功,安全平稳运行,产品质量稳定,产能达到设计目标。对改进情况进行了总结。After continuous improvement, such as moditying the recirculation tank, moditying the furnace door,modifying the hydrogen gas tube, and modifying the gas -liquid separator,the 10 kt/a high purity hydrochloric acid production facility equiped for the ion - exchange membrane caustic soda production facility runned successfully on its first operation. The facility kept running safely and stably. The product quality was stable and the output capacity reached the design value. The improvements were summarized.
