摘 要:系统研究了二次涂敷封装方案对光纤光栅(FBG)温度特性的影响。在对裸FBG温度特性进行研究的基础上,建立了FBG二次涂敷封装的双层温度模型,分析了涂敷材料的力学特性参量对涂敷后温度特性的影响。研究结果表明,高杨氏模量、高泊松比、高热膨胀系数以及大涂敷厚度有助于提高涂敷后FBG的温度灵敏度。采用聚合物材料对FBG进行了二次涂敷实验,结果表明,涂敷后的温度灵敏度为66 pm/℃,与理论计算数值68.9 pm/℃基本吻合,验证了双层涂敷模型计算方法的可行性。The influence of the second coating on the fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) temperature sensitivity is researched. On the basis of the study on the temperature characteristics of the bared FBG, the temperature model of second coating on the fiber grating is built and the influence of the mechanics parameters of the coating material on the FBG temperature characteristics is also studied. The research results show that the temperature sensitivity of the coated fiber grating can be improved with high Young's modulus, high Poisson's ratio, high thermal expansion coefficient and thick coating thickness. The experiment of the fiber grating coated with polymer material is carried out and the results show that the temperature sensitivity of the coated fiber grating is 66 pm/℃ ,which is almost equal to the value 68.9 pm/℃ calculated by the coating model. It validates the feasibility of the second coating model.
