摘　　要：对贴标机的供标机构进行动力学分析,并提出其控制系统的设计方法。运用机械动力学基本理论,对贴标机的供标机构进行动力学分析,导出动态力矩平衡方程,建立数学模型,分析了影响恒张力的因素。应用现代化自动检测和控制技术,对贴标机供标机构恒张力控制系统进行了改进性设计。Dynamical analysis and the design of control system were conducted on the paper deliver mechanism of the round bottle label machine. Dynamical analysis was carried on the label deliver mechanism of the label machine using the mechanical kinetics principle and the moment equation of dynamic equilibrium was established, Then its mathematical model was inferred and the factors influencing the constant tension were analyzed. The improved design of the constant tension and speed control system was conducted on the paper deliver mechanism of the round bottle label machine with automatic measure and control technology.
