绞股蓝中2α-羟基人参二醇皂甙的分离和鉴定

摘　　要：从广东省花都市栽培的绞股蓝中,分离了二种2α—羟基人参二醇皂甙,经光谱及化学化析,分别鉴定为绞股蓝皂甙XL Ⅱ和XL Ⅲ。Two 2α-hydroxypanazadiol saponins were isolated from Gynostemma pentaphyllum cultivated in Huadu city. Guangdong province. On the basis of their chemical'properties and spectral data, they were identified as gypensoide XL Ⅱ and XL Ⅲ .
