摘　　要：目的通过对吡拉西坦片剂及注射液作红外光谱扫描,快速鉴别该药的真伪。方法根据吡拉西坦的溶解性,用无水乙醇对上述两种剂型中所含的吡拉西坦进行提取和重结晶,并将其红外光谱与标准图谱进行比较。结果红外光谱鉴别结果表明,两剂型的红外光谱均与吡拉西坦标准图谱一致。结论红外光谱鉴别法简便可靠、快速准确。Objective To identify piracetam tablets and its injection by JR spectrum. Methods According to the solubility of piracetam, the substance in the two preparations was extracted and recrystallization in anhydrous ethanol. The IR spectra was compared with the standard spectra. Results The IR spectra of piracetam tablets and its injection was the same as the standard spectra. Conclusion This method is simple, quick and the result of determination is accurate. This method is suitable for identification of piracetam tablets and its injection by IR spectrum.
