摘  要:选择三江平原典型湿地植物———小叶章(Calam ogrostis angustifolia)为研究对象,通过人工试验控制水位条件,以对植被的非破坏性为原则,应用SPAD-502叶绿素仪测定该群落的优势种小叶章在5种不同的水位条件下的顶端第3位叶的叶绿素含量,定量地揭示了小叶章群落的优势种小叶章植株的叶绿素含量在人工控制试验条件下的季节性动态变化规律,及其与水位梯度之间的关系。6月中旬至8月中旬2个月时间的人工试验结果显示:①在设定的5种水位条件下,小叶章植株叶绿素含量随水位的升高,先下降而后上升,表明生境的水位条件明显影响小叶章种群植株的叶绿素含量;②对同一水位梯度而言,在试验期间,小叶章植株的叶绿素含量呈递减的季节性变化,反映了叶绿素含量的变化与小叶章植株生长发育的季节性变化特点具有统一性。③在试验期间,小叶章植株叶绿素含量的下降速率随着水位梯度的升高而逐渐增大。Calamogrostis angustifolia community is one of the representative vegetations in the Sanjiang Plain. The plant photosynthesis mainly depends on the chlorophyll content, and the chlorophyll content is the indication of the plant health. The SPAD -502 chlorophyll meter was first applied to study the chlorophyll content of wetland plants. The design that the water levels were controlled was the key to the experiment, which aimed to study how the water level affects the growth of Calamogrostis angustifolia . The experiment tried to probe into the nondestructive measures to the vegetation research, and quantitatively reveals the growth and the succession of the wetland vegetation that lives in the different inundated conditions. And the experiment was significant for the research of the relation between the hydrology and the ecology of wetland vegetations and the degeneration of the wetland, and the protection and the restoration in the Sanjiang Plain. The study concerned the dynamic chlorophyll contents "of Calamogrostis angustifolia from June to August. A cultured wetland with the dominant Calamogrostis angustifolia community was selected, which lies at 5 km away from the ecological experiment station in the Sanjiang Plain, CAS. 10 clods were dug, on which the Calamogrostis angustifolia community were growing, and they are 50 cm^2, and 45 -55 cm deep, and these clods were in the organic glass cases, which are in accord with the specification of the clods' sections, and are 1 meter high, and then they were carriey to the ecological experiment station in the Sanjiang Plain, The 10 cases were divided into 5 groups, and 2 cases belonged to one group, and then 5 water levels were designed for the 5 groups. The 5 water levels were - 10 cm ( the minus mark was used to denote below the surface of the earth), 0 cm, 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm. The cases were laid orderly in the area in the experiment station. In this experiment, the 10 cases were in the same condition, concluding the same precipitation, the same temperature,
