摘　　要：叙述了１９９５年１月日本兵库县南部地震的强地面运动特征，并与１９７６年中国唐山地震的地面运动特征进行了对比，讨论了日本地震后次生灾害——火灾的残酷性。The paper recounts the characteristics of the strong ground motion of the earthquake occurring in the south of Hyogo prefecture of Japan in January,1995,and makes a compariason with the characteristics of the ground motion of the 1976 Tangshan earthquake,discusses the cruelty of the secondary disaster fire after the earthquake,and analyzes the precursor phenomena of the earthquake
