摘  要:对冬枣和临猗梨枣果实发育期K、Ca、Fe、Zn含量的变化规律进行研究,进一步明确矿质元素对枣果实品质的影响,旨在为枣树施肥和品质调控提供依据,结果表明:果实发育期间果实内4种矿质元素含量大小顺序为K>Ca>Fe>Zn;K在整个枣果的发育过程中维持较高水平,在开花坐果期含量最高,之后缓慢下降;Ca、Fe、Zn含量在果实发育前期较高,随果实发育呈下降的趋势。The variation of K, Ca, Fe, Zn content was studied during fruit developing process of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. Dongzao and Z. jujuba Mill. cv. Linyilizao. The study determined the mineral elements effect on the fruit quality and will give scientific proof for fertilization & fruit quality control of Chinese jujube. The results are as follows: Comparison of four mineral elements content was K〉Ca〉Fe〉Zn during fruit development. The content of K was highest at the fruit setting stage and then decreased slowly, but in fruit development stage it kept a higher degree. The contents of Ca, Fe and Zn were higher in the earlier period of the fruit developing process and decreased later.
