甘薯脱毒技术在福建省的研究与应用

摘　　要：甘薯病毒病广泛见于福建省各甘薯主产区,甘薯病毒种类主要有:甘薯羽状斑驳病毒(SPFM V)、甘薯潜隐病毒(SPLV)、甘薯褪绿斑病毒(SPCFV),其中甘薯羽状斑驳病毒是最主要的种类。各种研究结果表明,福建甘薯品种田间带毒率为100%。通过对甘薯脱毒技术、指示植物法甘薯茎尖苗带毒检测技术、脱毒苗的增产效果和增产机理及脱毒苗繁殖和利用等进行研究,建立了福建的甘薯脱毒薯(苗)生产技术体系,为今后进行深入研究提供依据。Sweet potato virus disease widely exists in main growing areas in Fujian province, the main types of virus are sweet potato feathery mottle virus （SPFMV）, sweet potato latent virus （SPLV） and sweet potato chlorotic fleck virus （SPCFV）,among them SPFMV is the dominant type. The research results showed that the sweet potatoes in fields in Fujian were 100% with virus. By studying on the techniques for getting virus-free sweet potato, the techniques of virus test of regenerated plants by using identification hosts, the effect and mechanism of increase yield of virus-free plantlets, and the propagation and application of virus-free plantlets, etc. , the production technique system of virus-free sweet potato in Fujian has been established, which would provide references to the further researches in the future.
