摘　　要：针对外圈沟道磨削过程中尺寸散差大、合格率低的情况,经过电控改造、机械部分改造后,尺寸散差、表面粗糙度都有了较大的提高,为产品质量上水平提供了可靠的设备精度储备。In view of the problems of obvious dimension deviation and low rate of acceptable quality when the grinder machining outer ring raceway,the electric control and mechanical systems were reformed,so that the dimension deviation and surface roughness were greatly improved.Reriable equipment accuracy reserve was completed for raising the level of product quality.
