摘  要:提出了一种基于地理信息系统(G IS)的电力网络拓扑算法。G IS是实现电力系统数字化和信息化的新技术,其应用十分广泛。针对现有G IS在网络分析应用程序中的局限性,对G IS拓扑功能和特点进行了分析,研究了如何基于G IS的拓扑数据,构建满足电力网络分析需要的拓扑数据。该算法利用G IS连通性功能,在开发的基于G IS的电网图形编辑平台上,对网络元件的属性表和拓扑做了处理,简单实用。该算法拓展了G IS拓扑分析在电力系统中的应用,使得基于G IS拓扑分析的高级应用程序得以实现。A practical algorithm of electric power system network topology based on geographical information system (GIS) is proposed. GIS is a new technique to realize the digitalization and informatization of electric power system. Now it's widely used in electric power system, For the limitation of GIS's application to network analysis program, this paper analyses the geographical information system topological techniques and features, and studies how to get the data that satisfies network analysis based on topological data given by the GIS. Based on the platform of electric grid graphic edition developed by GIS, the algorithm simply and effectively deals with at- tribute tables and topology of network components using the connectivity of GIS. With the proposed algorithm, the applications of GIS in electric power system are developed. Some advanced application programs of power system, such as power flow, reactive power optimization and expert system of operation ticket, can be realized on GIS.
