摘  要:用具有sd—r新半矮秆基因的品系RA73与具有sd-1半矮秆基因的4个恢复系(明恢63、明恢86、蜀恢527和成恢047)杂交,对亲本、F1和F2的株高进行了遗传分析。结果表明,亲本的株高为82.4~94.5cm;F1的株高为126.6~133.1cm;F2代植株高度产生分离,高株(101~140cm):半矮秆(71~100cm):矮秆(45~70cm)值经x^2分析,符合9:6:1的比例,为2对不等位的半矮秆基因独立分配遗传。探讨了sd—r半矮秆基因在杂交水稻上应用的可能性和方法。The plant height of P, F1 and F2 of four crosses made from rice RA73 with the sd-r semi-dwarf gene ×four rice restorer lines with sd-1 semi-dwarf gene (Minghei 63, Minghei 86, Shuhui 527 and Chenghui 047) were genetically analyzed. The plant height of P and F1 are 82.4~94.5 cm and 126.6~133.1 cm and the segregation ratio of F2 plant height (high height plant with 101~ 140 cm, semi-dwarf plant with 71~100 cm and dwarf plant with 45~70 cm) accords with the proportion of 9 : 6 : 1 by the chi-square method, which expresses that sd-r and sd-1 genes are two pairs of non-allelic independent semi-dwarf genes. The paper discusses the application and way of RA73 with the sd-r semi-dwarf gene in breeding of hybrid rice at the same time.
