摘　　要：连轧管机组采用连铸坯高效生产无缝钢管,其生产工艺与传统轧制工艺不同,所产生的缺陷(欠)也不同,分析了连轧钢管主要缺陷产生的原因。生产操作、技术监督以及生产技术管理各环节据此可准确判断产品质量,确定缺陷的产生原因,控制本工序缺陷,最终提高钢管产品质量。As a high-efficiency seamless steel tube rolling mill using continuously-cast billets as starting materials, the mandrel pipe mill is operated with a manufacturing process other than any conventional pipe-rolling process, which leads to different product defects compared with those as caused by the latter. Investigated are the causes responsible for the common defects of mandrel mill-rolled tubes. Based on the causes as identified, accurate product quality evaluation, defect cause analysis and control of defect occurrence at each manufacturing stage will be possible during different manufacturing stages such as operation, technical supervision and production management, resulting in better control of manufacturing steps to improve finalized product quality.
