输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗儿童下尿路结石16例

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗儿童下尿路结石的临床效果。方法对16例儿童下尿路结石患者采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗。结果15例在输尿管镜直视下1次操作成功,1例膀胱结石患者因尿道狭窄无法进镜而改开放手术,成功率80%。术后结石1～3d排净。无尿道狭窄等并发症。结论输尿管镜取石术是治疗儿童下尿路结石理想、安全、有效的方法之一。[Objective] To investigate the curative effect of treatment of urethra calculi and bladder stones with ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotriptor in children. [Methods] 16 patients with urethra calculi and bladder stones were treated with the above-mentioned lithotriptor. [Results] 15 cases were cured in one-stage and the stone free rate was 100% within from one to three days. No major complications such as urethra stricture were encountered. [Conclusions] Ureteroscopy is an ideal, safe and effective way to treat the lower urine stone in children.
