肝血虚证病人血浆皮质醇浓度研究

摘　　要：用放射免疫分析法，对辨证属肝血虚证的３０例缺铁性贫血（ＩＤＡ）和１０例慢性再生障碍性贫血（ＣＡＡ）病人作血浆皮质醇浓度检测。结果显示，肝血虚证病人血浆皮质醇浓度与正常对照组比较，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），且ＩＤＡ组和ＣＡＡ组病人血浆皮质醇浓度分别与正常对照组比较，以及两组病人组间比较，差异均无显著性（均Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示肝血虚证病人的肾上腺皮质功能无明显病理改变。The consistency of plasma cortisol of 30 cases of irom deficiency anemia and 9 cases of chronic aplastic anemia were determined by using radio-immunity analysis.All the patients were Ganxuexuzheng by TCM dianosis. The results showed that there was not any remarkable defference in consistency of cortisol between GXXZ group and normal control groub (p>0.05).When TDA group and CAA group were seperatedly Compared with normal group the defference was not remarkable.Moreover, the obvious defference was not diecovered between IDA group and CAA groub(p>0.05).The results suggest that the pathologic change of the function of the adrenal cortex does not occur in the patients with GXXZ.
