摘 要:导出了易磁化轴沿着x轴时薄膜能量密度的取向通式;分析了薄膜进行稳定磁化的取向数;讨论了能量密度随取向角变化的关系,结果显示:在水平方向上,系统有4个稳定的水平磁化取向,能量密度与2K1之比在θ的取值范围内有最小值,但各曲线最小值对应的θ则不同;在竖直方向上,当α取一周时,有4个稳定磁化方向,但此时的稳定磁化弱于不稳定磁化;当分别保持磁化场和磁化强度不变时,两种情况下的能量密度与2K1之比值都有最大值和最小值,且各曲线上最大值与最小值对应的位置相同.The general formula of orientation for the thin film energy density has been obtained when the easily magnetized axle is along with x axle. The orientation number of stable magnetization for the thin film is analyzed. The relation between the energy density and the angle change is discussed. The results show the following facts. In the horizontal direction, the system has four stable magnetization directions ; the ratio of energy density and 2K1 has the minimum value in the range of θ values, but the θ values corresponding to the minimum value of each curve are different. In the vertical direction, there are four stable magnetizatioh directions when α goes around a cycle; but, the stable magnetization is weaker than the unstable magnetization. When the magnetization field and the magnetization intensity remain unchangeable, the ratios between energy density and 2K1 in the two cases have both the maximum and the minimum values; while the positions corresponding to the maximum value and the minimum value in each curve are the same.
