高频电波刀联合爱宝疗治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高频电波刀联合爱宝疗治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法选择2004年6月-2005年12月间在我院门诊确诊为中、重度宫颈糜烂患者182例,其中52例采用高频电波刀球形电极电熨术(LEEP术)、术后辅以爱宝疗治疗,46例单用LEEP术治疗,44例采用微波治疗,40例采用激光治疗。3个月后比较不同治疗方法的治疗效果。结果所有病例随诊三个月,LEEP术+爱宝疗组、LEEP术组、微波组、激光组治愈率及总有效率分别为98%(100%)、84%(100%)、16%(90%)、8%(91%),LEEP术+爱宝疗组创面愈合时间最短,阴道排液量最少。结论使用高频电波刀联合爱宝疗治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂,治愈率高,副作用少,手术简单、安全,值得临床推广。Objective To study the treatment effect of loop electrosurgieal exieision procedure （LEEF） combined with policresulem solution in cervical erosion cases of middle and severe degree. Methods 182 cases which were diagnosised as middle and severe degree＇s cervical erosion were selected as research object, of which 52 cases use LEEP combined with policresulem solution, 46 cases use LEEP only,44 eases use microwave method,and 40 cases were treated with laser. Three month later, we campare the treatment effect and get the eonclution. Results All the eases were followed up for 3 months. The cure and total effective rate for LEEP combined with policresulem solution group, LEEP group, microwave group and laser group were 98% （100%）,84%（100%）,16%（90%）,and 8%（91%） respectively. The healing time for wound and the amount of discharged liquid were shortest and least in LEEP combined with policresulem solution group. Conclusions The treatment of LEEP combined with policresulem solution is simple, safe, and effective. This method has a high cure rate and little side direct, and can be popularize in large areas.
