近10年来针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床应用概况及展望

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病最主要的致残因素之一。目前,西医尚缺乏理想的治疗药物与手段,而采用针灸治疗DPN则显示出一定的优势。本文综述了近10年来针灸治疗DPN的相关临床报道,例举了单一疗法,如针刺、艾灸、电针,及综合疗法,如针灸并用、针刺结合中药、拔罐、穴位注射等,并结合临床研究证明,针灸是治疗DPN的有效方法,且操作方便,无毒副作用。Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy （DPN） is one of the most important factors for disabled patients with diabetes. So far, there have been no ideal methods to treat in Western medicine. In this article, the authors review clinical treatment of DPN by acupuncture and moxibustion in recent ten years from 1 ） simple therapies including hand acupuncture, moxibustion, electroacupuncture （EA）, acupoint-injection, etc; 2） comprehensive therapies, such as acupuncture combined with moxibustion, acupuncture combined with cupping, acupuncture with Chinese medicinal herbs, acupuncture with acupoint plaster, and EA with acupoint-injection; and 3） clinical researches. Clinical practice demonstrates that acu-moxibustion therapies are effective in the treatment of DPN and more researches are needed.
