摘  要:将溴乙烷滴加入过量的乙二胺中反应,然后加入氢氧化钠反应得到N-乙基乙二胺。通过正交实验得出的优化条件为:n(C2H8N2)∶n(C2H5Br)=5∶1,反应温度25℃左右,反应时间2 h,滴加时间40 min。在此优化条件下收率达64.56%。产品用红外光谱和气相色谱进行分析确认,产品质量分数>99%。The preparation of N-ethylethylenediamine was studied. The ethyl bromide was added successively and slowly into the ethylenediamine, and then sodium hydroxide was added. Based on orthogonal experimentation, the optimum conditions of the reaction were determined, the molar ratio of ethylenediamine and ethyl bromide is 5 : 1, reactive temperature is about 25℃ and time is 2 h and droped time is 40 min. The yield is 64.56% under this condition. The product was analyzed and confirmed by IR spectrum and HPLC, the mass fraction of that is more than 99 %.
