摘  要:应用ICP-AES摄谱法考察了稀土铽对其它共存稀土杂质元素的干扰效应,并采用光谱干扰系数校正法和浓度干扰因子联合校正技术有效地校正了铽基体效应.准确测定了3种不同铽基体浓度场合共存的14种稀土元素,建立了高纯氧化铽ICP-AES无基体匹配定量分析方法,合成样品回收率多数为90%~110%之间,RSD值小于6%,稀土元素检出限随铽基体浓度的增加呈上升趋势.该方法可用于纯度低于99.98%氧化铽样品的分析.Interference effect of terbium combined with rare earth impurity was studied by ICP-AES. A new method had been developed to eleminate the spectral interference with spectral interference coefficients and non-spectral interference with concentration interference factors of Tb matrix. It could be used in analysis of highpure Tb4O7 by ICP-AES without matrix matching. 14 rare earth impurities were determined in three different concentration of Tb matrix. The recoveries of most synthetic samples were 90 %-110 % and RSD〈6 %. The detection limits for rare earth elements were rising with the increasing concentration of Tb4O7 matrix. This method can be applied to analyze Tb4O7 samples with purity of less than 99.98 %.
