摘  要:利用金相显微镜、SEM、能谱仪(EDS),研究了镁合金AZ91D的化学镀Ni-P的结合强度。结果表明,镁合金基体的镀前处理对镀层的结合强度至关重要。没有经过前处理的镁合金的镀层结合力差,而经过严格前处理的镀层结合力良好。前处理中酸洗、活化以及在对镁合金基体打磨过程中残留的杂质对镀层结合强度的影响较大,特别是Fe、C等杂质元素的掺入使得镀层的结合强度大大降低;pH值也对镀层的结合强度有很大影响,随着pH值的升高,镀层的结合强度降低。The bond strength of Ni-P coating on Mg alloy AZ91D is studied with metalloscope,SEM,EDS. Results show the pretreatment of basal body of magnesium alloy is important to the bond strength.Bad bond strength was found on the Mg alloy with no pretreatment,while good bond strength was obtained on the coating with strict pretreatment.Acidwashing,activating and impurity in the course of dressing in pretreatment had a great influence on the bond strength,especially impurity element,i.e.Fe,C,etc.,made the bond strength of the coating lower remarkably. The pH value also affected greatly bond strength of coating.With the increase of pH value,the bond strength of coating was reduced.
