摘　　要：各机械行业迅速发展,对加工零件以及各种检具的形位公差的检测也越来越多,对垂直度的精密测量是其中一项重要内容。在实际工作中,我们也碰到过各种各样的垂直度测量,需要用不同的方法去完成,本文主要探讨如何利用固有导轨(数显测高仪、万能工具显微镜等)进行垂直度测量,并对测量数据进行分析及比对,认为能达到精密测量的要求。With rapid developing in mechnical field,test demands for examining part＇s shape and dimension error has become more and more.Among them,accurate verticality test is an important test.This test mainly discussed how to utilize the inherent guide to carry the vertical degree measurement with analysis of test data. This method meets the requirement for accurate measurement.
