摘　　要：中国政党制度的最主要特点就是一党执政,多党参政。这样的制度设计有利于中国的政治稳定。中国共产党的法定执政地位是中国政治稳定的关键;中国共产党与各民主党派的特殊党际关系是中国政治稳定的条件;民主党派的法定参政地位是中国政治稳定的保障。The mostly characteristics of the political party system of china is that one political party is ministerial party and many political party take part in politics. The systems will promote the stability of Chinese politics. The ministerial position of the Chinese Communist Party is bases of the stability of Chinese politics. The relationship of the Chinese Communist Party and the other political party is the condition of the stability of Chinese politics. The position of attending politic of democratic parties clan is guarantee of the stability of Chinese politics.
