摘 要:水电站群动能规划工作量庞大而且繁琐,在新的形势下为了高质量高效率的完成规划设计工作,本文依靠先进的计算机科学技术和一般的决策支持系统(DSS)理论,研究开发了水电站群动能规划辅助决策支持系统。系统由水电站群规划数据库、水电站群规划专业模型库、水电站群组合规划计算中间数据生成模块及对话单元组合而成。本文主要介绍了水电站群动能规划辅助决策支持系统的结构设计,各模块的设计原理和功能。系统结构设计中充分体现了软件系统所要求的可扩展性、安全性、实用性、可靠性和可维护性等基本原则。水电站群动能规划辅助决策支持系统能够满足水电站群任意组合规划计算,具有较高的实用价值,值得进一步完善和推广。The work of the dynamic energy programming calculation of hydropower stations is huge and tedious. In order to finish the programming design in high-quality and high-efficiency, the decision-making support system of the dynamic energy programming of hydropower stations is developed based on the theory of the popular decision-making support system. The system is made up of the programming database, the major model base, the module generating the middle data of the combined programming calculation of hydropower stations, the interface system. The structure design of the decision-making support system, the design theory and function of each module of the system are described mainly in the paper. The expansibility, security, practicability, reliability and maintainability which are required for the soft system have been taken into account during the structure design course of the support system. The decision-making support system can satisfy the requirements for the combined programming calculation of hydropower stations, therefore it is worthy to be improved and popularized.
