摘　　要：目的:科学评估三期扫描分别在胰腺增强扫描中的地位和作用,探索胰腺最佳扫描方案。方法:收集40例胰腺CT平扫正常人,通过比较三期肝脏、胰腺、脾脏及胰周血管的CT增强值,评估三期扫描分别在胰腺增强扫描中的地位和作用。结果:胰腺实质、脾脏和胰周静脉以胰腺期强化最佳。肝脏以胰腺期和门静脉期强化最佳。胰周动脉于动脉期强化最佳。结论:MSCT胰腺检查可常规行动脉期、胰腺期和门静脉期三期扫描。其中,胰腺期扫描具有重要的临床意义。Objectives To evaluate the clinical value of trlple-phase contrast enhancement multi-slice spiral CT scanning on pancreas and to determine the optimal scanning protocols for pancreas. Methods Forty patients without pancreatic disease underwent triple-phase contrast-enhanced multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） scanning during the arterial phase, pancreatic parenchyma phase, and portal venous phase. Attenuation values of the liver, spleen, pancreatic parenchyma and pancreatic major vessel were measured during all three imaging phases. Quantitative analysis of these measurements was performed. Results The optimal enhancement of the normal pancreatic parenchyma, spleen, and peripancreatic major veins occurred during the pancreatic parenchymal phase. The optimal enhancement of the hepatic parenchyma occurred during pancreatic parenchymal phase and portal venous phase. The optimal enhancement of the major peripancreatic arteries occurred during arterial phase. Conclusions Triple-phase contrast enhancement multi - slice spiral CT scanning is the optimal protocol for the examination of pancreas. If it is unavailable, or for convenient, the pancreatic parenchymal phase scanning is sufficient for detecting most of pancreatic diseases.
